Can I also buy Bengs Resonant water offline?

That is not (yet) possible. At the moment our products are only available online.

I have not received my order

If you have not received your order, please contact us at ask@bengsproducts.com. Please provide the name that was used on the order and if possible the order number.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately that’s not possible. We work with an automated system that allows us to ship orders every day. As a result, you’ll have your products in hand quickly. It’s not possible to adjust or cancel a completed order. So check your order carefully before completing it. 

Can I also have my order delivered elsewhere?

With your order you have the option to have your order delivered to your own address or another address. Easy if you order for someone else or want to surprise someone. After entering your own billing address, tick the option ‘send to another address’. You can then specify a different name and delivery address.

Do you charge shipping costs?

We charge shipping costs for orders up to three bottles. From four bottles on we’ll pay the shipping costs.

How will my order be packed?

The paper shipping box in which our products are shipped is made from recyclable, environmentally friendly materials. As is the padding material.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

In the Netherlands usually within 2 working days.
In other European countries usually within 1 week.
Outside Europe 2 to 3 weeks. 

These are expected delivery times. 

From which countries can I order Bengs Resonant water?

You can order Bengs products from any country in the world.
