FAQ: Payment and discounts
What payment methods do you accept?
For one-time purchases, you can pay with iDeal, Giropay, Bankomat, Credit Card or PayPal. For subscription orders, we work with a direct debit from your account or credit card.
What can I use my discount code for?
Discount codes can be applied to one-time orders*. Only one discount code is applicable per order and discount codes cannot be stacked or combined with other offers.
*The exceptions are: subscription orders and specially priced items. Discount codes are limited to one use per customer.
I can't use any of the payment methods offered....
Then contact us at ask@Bengsproducten.com. Then we will manually create an invoice for you. After payment is received, we will ship your order.
How do I receive my invoice?
If you paid via iDeal, Giropay, Bankomat or Paypal, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail with your invoice immediately after you place your order. We do not issue paper invoices. It is more sustainable.
