Can I also buy Bengs Resonant water offline?

That is not (yet) possible. Currently in the Netherlands our products are only available online.

I have not received my order

If you have not received your order, please contact us at ask@bengsproducts.com. Please put the name you ordered with and/or the order number in the mail so we can find the order quickly.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. We work with an automated system that allows us to ship orders every day. Because of this you will receive your products quickly. It is not possible to change or cancel a completed order. Please check your order carefully before finishing it.

Can I have my order delivered somewhere else?

With your order, you have the option of having your order delivered to your own address or another address. Easy if you are ordering for someone else or want to surprise someone. After entering your billing address, check the option 'ship to another address'. to. You can then specify a different delivery address.

Do you charge shipping costs?

For orders up to three bottles, we charge shipping costs. For three bottles or more, we cover the shipping costs.

How will my order be packaged?

The shipping box with paper, in which our products are shipped, is made of recyclable, environmentally friendly materials. Just like the padding material.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In the Netherlands usually within 2 working days.
In other European countries usually within 1 week.
Outside Europe 2 to 3 weeks.

These are expected delivery times.

From which countries can I order Bengs Resonant water?

You can order Bengs products from any country in the world.
