I want to change my password

After you have logged in, you can change your password under 'login information'. After saving your new password, you can start using it immediately.

I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password, under 'I am already a balance community member' enter the email address you once signed up with. Then click on 'forgotten password'. You will then receive an email from us to reset your password.

What can I see in my account?

By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the ordering process faster and keep track of the orders you have previously made, as well as your subscription(s).
You do not need an account to order.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account on our website by on the right top right on 'my account'. Under 'i'm new' you fill in your details. After filling in your details click on 'send' and your account is created. A confirmation is in your inbox.
