In early February 2025, I injured my left shoulder after slipping on ice. The pain was intense, and I struggled to move my arm in certain directions. As a side sleeper, I found it impossible to sleep on my left side due to the discomfort. My shoulder constantly shifted in the joint, making popping and cracking noises, and I often had to twist or jerk it just to get temporary relief.

In March 2025, I started taking Restore, and within just a couple of days, I was able to sleep on my left side again. After a few weeks, the pain was about 90% gone, and my range of motion had fully returned.

I also discovered another surprising benefit—spraying Restore on my throat during an esophagitis episode stops the allergic reaction within 30 to 60 seconds. On top of that, I noticed an unexpected but welcome change: my nails became noticeably harder and stronger, which I take as a sign of improved overall health.

I recently bought the Recover drops as my dog is suffering from a large tumor. She has had so many symptoms – difficulty breathing, constipation, muscle weakness, no appetite etc. I thought I would be “putting her down” soon but since she is taking the drops as directed on the bottler breathing is absolutely normal and she is pooing and eating and continues to be able to walk. I gave her 1 drop every 15 minutes for the first hour and now I am continuing to give her 1 drop per hour as consistently as I am able because my hope of course would be that the tumor shrinks. This hasn’t happened yet and she is almost 14 years old so I don’t know if that is in the stars at this point. I have been using the Bengs products for about two months and was comfortable using them.  It was easy just a spray in the mouth. But then I woke up one morning with horrible hives, 15 of them about one inch each in diameter, all over my right arm.  I had been scratching them in my sleep, My arm was a mess.  There are a few things that I could do to take the itchiness and stinging sensations away; but, I  then remembered one of the ladies in the Bengston group had mentioned that she had a skin issue which the Bengs Glow product had really helped to resolve.  I sprayed the Glow on my arm and watched as the extended red patches drew in to form  a smaller circle, next I noticed that there were blisters forming in the center of the hives.  (Usually the process is to spread out, not nice compact blisters, but rather a weeping mess that is hard to contain and cover.) I covered the blisters with bandages, the itching and burning had stopped.  A much quicker and cleaner way to deal with hives for sure.

This is a very interesting product and I will continue to explore its use in skin issues.

As far as the products, I am very pleased with all of them. I used a drop of the Recover a few times in my ear for an ongoing ear issue and it resolved almost immediately with the first use. I have been spraying both the Glow and Restore on my face with my eyes open. Is that overkill? I have a few scars on my face I am hoping the Restore will address which is why I am using both products. I am also hoping the two will help improve my vision and dry eyes. Stay tuned!

Since I started using Bengs Glow, I often hear how good my skin looks.

My sister got covid soon after i got the drops. she started the recover drops right away and tested negative two days later. I think the drops made a huge difference.

I have been experimenting with the Bengs spray for a couple months, but I hadn’t noticed anything until this: I developed a couple chilblains, as I often do in the winter. I was taking the spray orally at the time and it didn’t prevent or treat the chilblains. But when I started applying the spray topically on the chilblains, it stopped the symptoms (itching, soreness) by 90-95% immediately.
It may have helped them heal a bit faster too, but the main thing was, while they were healing they were almost entirely comfortable! So thank you!

I am a happy Bengston practitioner.
Several times in the past few months I’ve felt definite symptoms of oncoming illness or discomfort, and I immediately reach for my Recover or Restore drops (which are on my nightstand). Within 2 – 4 hours, depending on the severity of the symptoms, I feel 75 – 100% better.
Just a few days ago, my right nostril was feeling inflamed, and I had a mild headache (never do I have headaches) so I knew something was brewing. Again, I took 2 drops every 20 minutes, for an hour and by that evening I had no symptoms!

I feel very confident that the reason I got over Covid in 3 days was because of Bengs Recover. It was given to me by someone I respect & trust and I believe was very efficacious in my healing. I’ve given bottles to my sister and daughter.

I was born was a pancreatic defect and I’ve dealt with pancreatic, as well as, chronic pain for years. A lot of food has caused pain and I lived a very restricted life.

Myself and my wife have been using restore for the past week and a half and it is quite something. Hard to pinpoint exactly what is going on within our bodies, but physically especially we’re both noticing a big change in recovery and intensity during exercise, whether it is weights or cardio. Also we’re both feeling different, in a good way.

I have been living with metastatic cancer for 7 years now. Through a series of fortunate events, I was introduced to Bill Bengston’s work. And then I was in a foreign country last week, and had a specific experience that let me know there was more going on than just generalized “betterness.”

I have had a pretty terrible sense of direction all my life. I was in a foreign country last week and used Google to walk through winding streets with lots of turns, to our destination. Before, I would have had no idea how to get back home. But this time, I easily remembered the route, and didn’t need to consult the map at all. Or ever again, to get back. To me, that is miraculous.

I recently got a nasty tick bite on my back. It got a large, round, itchy purple ring around it. I scheduled an appointment to get checked out by a doctor for lymes. My bottle of restore came in the mail and I started to take it as directed. My appointment with the doctor came two days later and there was no sign of the tick bite on my body.
