This varies per product and per user. Every individual is different. For Bengs Restore, the experience is between 3 and 10 days. For Bengs Recover, the average is 1 day. For Bengs Perform, it’s during and after exercise. For Bengs Glow, it’s really in the long term.
All Bengs products can be used by anyone. Bengs Restore and Bengs Glow are designed for daily use. Bengs Perform is particularly intended for use before, during, and after exercise (or when extra focus is needed, such as during study sessions), and Bengs Recover is more suited for use during periods of colds.
