Bengs Informed Water is both made in the U.S. and Europe. For products produced in the U.S. production takes place adhering strictly to the U.S. guidelines for working conditions, hygiene, and environmental standards. Products created in Europe fully comply with European regulations.
The suggested use of each Bengs product is printed on the bottle and is designed to help most people achieve the desired results. However, since every body is unique, we encourage you to experiment with the dosage to discover what works best for you.
That said, it’s important to remember that “more is not necessarily better” in most cases. We recommend giving Bengs Restore at least four weeks to support balance and well-being. Bengs Recover, on the other hand, can be used more frequently and for a longer duration, depending on your needs and situation.
Bengs products can be easily stored at room temperature. Each bottle is labeled with a best-before date, and we guarantee the quality of the product until that date.

We charge shipping costs for orders up to three bottles. From four bottles on, we’ll pay the shipping costs.
With your order, you have the option to have your order delivered to your own address or another address. Easy if you order for someone else or want to surprise someone. After entering your own billing address, tick the option “send to another address”. You can then specify a different name and delivery address.
The paper shipping box in which our products are shipped is made from recyclable, environmentally friendly materials. As is the padding material.
The packages are shipped from the Netherlands and the US. Delivery times depend on the destination country, ranging from 1 day to 10 days for Australia. We are striving to establish local distributors to shorten delivery times.
Yes! We ship to any country in the world.
For one-time purchases, you can pay with a credit card or PayPal.
For subscription orders, we work with a direct debit from your account or credit card.
Please contact us via ask@bengsproducten.com. We’ll manually create an invoice for you. After payment has been received, we will send your order.
If you have paid via iDeal, Giropay, Bankomat, Credit card or Paypal, you’ll receive a confirmation via email with your invoice immediately after your order. We don’t do paper invoices. So sustainable.
After you have logged in, you can change your password under ‘login details’. After saving your new password, you can start using it immediately.
If you’ve forgotten your password, enter the email address you used to sign in under “I’m already a Balance Community Member”. Then click on “forgot password. You will then receive an email from us to reset your password.
With your account, you can go through the order process faster, and you will find an overview of your previously placed orders and your subscription(s).

You can create an account on our website by clicking ‘my account’ at the top right. Fill in your details under ‘I’m new’. After filling in your details, click on ‘send’ and your account is created. A confirmation will be sent to your inbox.

If something is not right with the received product, you will of course, still receive the correct product from us free of charge. If the product appears to be damaged or defective after receipt, we will also send you a new product free of charge. Please contact us at ask@bengsproducts.com.
Everybody is different, and you may not consciously experience any effect from Bengs Informed water. Customers often experience the first, often mental, effects after a week. But sometimes, it takes a little longer. Most people report an effect after four weeks. It is also important to realize that an effect can be something different than you expect. We think we know what information our body is looking for, but that is not always what it needs at that moment to experience balance and well-being.
If your body does not respond, you can always use our money-back guarantee for the first product of a variety. You will then receive the purchase amount back. Absolutely. We only test on humans (with consent) 😉. And Informed water is the only ingredient.
We don’t just think it’s important that our products are safe for you. We also want them to be safe for our environment. That’s why we try to choose the most sustainable solution in every area, from ingredient to production, packaging and shipping.
MIRON Violet glass is 100% recyclable. But the bottles are so beautiful and strong that we actually hope our customers give them a second life. If you still want to throw them away, they can go in the green glass container.
We really looked for the most durable closures. We use mixed materials for the dropper bottles. In this case, each of these items must be disposed of separately. The glass pipettes can go with the glass and the rest with the residual waste. The spray caps are completely disposed of with the residual waste. So, we still have work to do here… We are continuing to look for more sustainable options for the future and are working closely with our glass producer.
We opt for boxes and paper with an FSC label. Our basic principle is to use as little material as possible.
We now mainly sell Bengs products online. Upon request, we are certainly happy to serve companies that are interested in introducing more people to our Informed water.
