Noticeable change in recovery and intensity during exercise
Myself and my wife have been using restore for the past week and a half and it is quite something. Hard to pinpoint exactly what is going on within our bodies, but physically especially we’re both noticing a big change in recovery and intensity during exercise, whether it is weights or cardio. Also, we’re both feeling different, in a good way.
