In early February 2025, I injured my left shoulder after slipping on ice. The pain was intense, and I struggled to move my arm in certain directions. As a side sleeper, I found it impossible to sleep on my left side due to the discomfort. My shoulder constantly shifted in the joint, making popping and cracking noises, and I often had to twist or jerk it just to get temporary relief.<\/i><\/p>\n

In March 2025, I started taking Restore, and within just a couple of days, I was able to sleep on my left side again. After a few weeks, the pain was about 90% gone, and my range of motion had fully returned.<\/i><\/p>\n
