I want to change my password
After you have logged in, you can change your password under ‘login details’. After saving your new password you can start using it immediately.
I forgot my password
If you’ve forgotten your password, enter the email address you used to sign in under “I’m already a Balance Community Member”. Then click on “forgot password. You will then receive an email from us to reset your password.
What can I see in my account?
With your own account you can go through the order process faster and you will find an overview of your previously placed orders and your subscription(s).
You don’t need an account to order.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account on our website by clicking ‘my account’ at the top right. Fill in your details under ‘I’m new’. After filling in your details, click on ‘send’ and your account is created. A confirmation will be sent to your inbox.
