"Pretty typical workout week, until today. I added 18 kg to my Bench Press because the persistent pain I've had in the right shoulder for the past 6 months is pretty much gone! There is NO WAY to fake an extra 18 kg bench press for 3 sets of 8 reps. My bench press went from 105 x bench press the day before yesterday to 145 x bench press this morning!!! I added a significant amount of weight to all my exercises today.
