For the first time, a published biological study shows that Informed Water reproduced through our scaling process was associated with a measurable and statistically significant biological effect.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A study in the Journal of Scientific Exploration examines biological outcomes and the question of how information might be conveyed through water.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Enkhuizen, 1 October 2026. Research into two formulations of Informed Water was published in the Journal of Scientific Exploration on 29 September. The researchers reported a longer mean lifespan in a particular short-lived strain of C. elegans, a microscopic roundworm used as a biological research model. The publication provides a starting point for further investigation into water as a possible carrier of information.<\/p>\n

A research question behind the technology<\/h3>\n

Bengs explores the relationship between water, information and technology. Informed Water is the term Bengs uses for water prepared through its proprietary technological process. The publication examines a question central to that work: can these water samples be associated with measurable changes in a biological system?<\/p>\n

Two water formulations, identified as R1 (Restore) and G1 (Glow), were compared with control water. The samples were prepared using a proprietary device. The paper describes the experimental approach and findings; the mechanism behind the observed differences remains unknown.<\/p>\n

What the researchers found<\/h3>\n

Across six trials in the short-lived strain, both formulations were associated with a statistically significant increase in mean lifespan. Under the statistical test used, the observed differences were less consistent with chance variation alone. This does not explain what caused them. No statistically significant change in lifespan was found in the standard strain.<\/p>\n

A basis for further investigation<\/h3>\n

For Bengs, the publication matters because it makes questions around Informed Water more open to testing and scrutiny. The findings are preliminary. The experiments were not blinded, so the influence of researcher expectations cannot be ruled out. They do not establish health benefits or longer lifespan in humans. Storage duration under different conditions and the performance of larger production batches also require further investigation.<\/p>\n
